Hello Gordo! I wanted to ask you how would you approach an athlete with a linear lactate profile. Would you set the Green zone by RPE? Thanks!

The first thing is to start _even_ easier with the test. See if you can get a baseline reading for a couple early samples.

Was the athlete running or cycling?

RPE is useful.

Most linear athletes underestimate their workout stress and need reassurance that it's ok to go easier for their Green Zone training.
